 Crete is an island of gorges and canyons. Many are easy to walk through, other are harder to cross and even a few years ago man has never set foot inside them, since the use of canyoning techniques (rappel, etc) is necessary.
For the adventure lovers, the most extreme canyoning experience in Greece is here in Crete.
Waterfalls and high vertical rocks, canyons that created like a blow with an axe, wait a Cretan Adventurer to cross their deep soul.
We may cross the canyons of Kavousi, Arvi, Tsoutsouros, Kalami I, Rodakino and last but not least the impressive Ha canyon.
To participate in this outdoor activity, you will be trained for rappelling with special gears and ropes.
We Offer: Transfer from/to hotel (close to Heraklion) to/from the location of the event, experienced guide(s) of Cretan Adventures (depending on the number of participants), all special gear for the activity (helmets, harnesses, slings, figure of eight, secure karabiners), picnic lunch during the activity, first aid kit, health/accident insurance.
