Crete Hiking and Trekking tours - Grades:

Grade A - Easy Hiking: For anyone who has a basic physical fitness and with no necessary hiking experience. We walk on dirt roads or well-maintained rocky footpaths. The trip will consist also with rest days and optional walks in Crete.

Grade B - Moderate Hiking: The hikes offer a moderate trek with a maximum of 6 hours walk on rocky footpaths. Sometimes we cross-streams in the gorges and on the coast we walk on sand and shingles for short distances. Participants should be in good physical condition with a little of experience.

Grade C - Strenuous/Challenging Trekking: The hikes offer
a demanding trek with a maximum of 8 to 10 hours walk in Crete. Participants need
to be in good physical condition with experience, as we walk on rocky
footpaths on the big mountains and remote terrains.

Our 8-day trip, explores the southwest coast of Crete, with its stunning views to Omalos plateau and White Mountains, the crossing of deep and beautiful gorges with Samaria gorge among those (Europe's longest gorge, that offers one of the most rewarding walks through a spectacular botanic garden). Coastal trails that lead us to charming fishing villages and quite beaches, accessible only on foot or by boat will conclude our delightful hike in this marvelous part of Crete.
